Jesse Lee Vint III is an American actor, film director and screenwriter. He acted in the films Chinatown, Silent Running, Earthquake, Macon County Line, Black Oak Conspiracy, Forbidden World, and has done major parts in over a hundred films and television shows.

He has been a voting member of the Motion Picture Academy since 1982 (actor's branch) and attends the Oscars frequently.
He was recently (May 2022) inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.
He studied acting with Stella Adler and Lee Strasberg at the Actor's Studio, and taught acting in Portland Oregon.
